If we have your specified item/s on hand, we will despatch garments once final payment has been received. You will then receive email confirmation and shipping/tracking details. Please note that despatch may take longer during busy periods.
If the requested item/s is found to be out of stock, we are more than happy to recommend a suitable replacement for your customer or place your preferred garment on order with our production team. The manufacturing of backordered garments can take between 4-6 weeks, where you will be notified upon completion.
Express delivery for urgent customer orders must be approved by our wholesale team and may incur an additional charge.
Shipping & Returns
We ship worldwide, with all orders despatched from our main studio in Perth, Western Australia. Please be advised some items on our website are backordered, and will be delayed in their despatch date. If you have purchased a backordered item, you will receive an email confirming this as well as a follow up text or Whatsapp message for international clients notifying you of the delay.
We ship using Australia Post. Please be advised that even when choosing express post, delays are out of our control and often can be expected. So unfortunately no definite delivery date can ever be guaranteed.
All international orders are shipped via either Standard International Shipping or express courier service. Delivery times vary depending on destination for our International customers, so keep an eye on your inbox for your tracking details email to follow.
Once your order has been shipped by our warehouse team you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you. This email will contain your tracking information so you can track exactly when to expect delivery.
In the case of missed delivery, a calling card will be left by the courier provider which will include details of how to arrange re-delivery or collection from your nearest post office.
*Please be advised that shipping to PO Box and Parcel Locker is not available via our Express Shipping provider so instead will be sent via Standard Shipping.
Important Note: M&A will not be liable for duties and taxes incurred by the recipient as a result of national custom laws. Should the garment be returned to M&A, only the paid purchase price of the garment will be refunded. Please contact your customs department for more information on duties and taxes.

Cutest little boots
These are too sweet for words- excellent quality and the loveliest sparkly burgundy colour. Got a size up so we can get all the wear we can out of them, and theyÕre a very reasonable price point for what you get. They look equally great with tights or a little party dress :)

Kids festival boots in SnowÊ
I bought two pairs of these boots for my twin grand daughters. I can't wait for them to wear them. They are amazing and happy with the quality and the look of these books. I'm thinking of buying another two in a different colour and size. Customer service was great.
Cutest boots!
After seeing these boots on Instagram I just had to have them and IÕm so glad I splurged on them! I wouldnÕt usually spend so much money on kids shoes. They look like they are really good quality. I just wish they were posted in a shoe box, I was a bit disappointed for $60 + postage that they were just wrapped in tissue and in a padded postage bag, so one of the shoes has a dent I assume has happened during transit.
