All Mode & Affaire orders are dispatched directly from our studio HQ in Perth, Western Australia. Packed with a lot of love (and a little sass).

For all in-stock products that are not made-to-order, we ship as fast as our heels can carry us.

  • Australia-wide: 2–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can stalk your delivery til it lands on your doorstep.

Yes, Queen! We ship globally. From Melbourne to Milan, New York to New Zealand. Duties and taxes may apply depending on your location and local customs rules.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and preferred shipping speed.

Some of our best-sellers are so iconic, they don’t stay in stock for long.

If your piece is on back order, or made-to-order, we’ll get to work creating your dream coat.

Estimated wait time: around 3–6 weeks. Trust us, it’s worth the wait. You’ll be notified at checkout and via email if your item is on a delayed timeline.

Some pieces may ship separately depending on stock availability or if part of your order is made-to-order. Don’t panic, the rest is on its way.

Please note with international orders: If one item is back-order or made-to-order, the entire order will be shipped together when the back-ordered item is finished production. Please reach out to our customer service QUEENS if you would like to enquire about having your items shipped separately.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP at enquiries@modeandaffaire.com and we’ll do our best to update it before it leaves our HQ.

We totally get the anticipation. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, reach out to our team and we’ll investigate quicker than you can say "Where’s my coat?"

Shipping

We ship worldwide, with all orders despatched from our main studio in Perth, Western Australia. Please be advised some items on our website are backordered, and will be delayed in their despatch date. If you have purchased a backordered item, you will receive an email confirming this as well as a follow up text or Whatsapp message for international clients notifying you of the delay.

We ship using Australia Post. Please be advised that even when choosing express post, delays are out of our control and often can be expected. So unfortunately no definite delivery date can ever be guaranteed.

All international orders are shipped via either Standard International Shipping or express courier service. Delivery times vary depending on destination for our International customers, so keep an eye on your inbox for your tracking details email to follow.
 

Once your order has been shipped by our warehouse team you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you. This email will contain your tracking information so you can track exactly when to expect delivery.  

In the case of missed delivery, a calling card will be left by the courier provider which will include details of how to arrange re-delivery or collection from your nearest post office.


*Please be advised that shipping to PO Box and Parcel Locker is not available via our Express Shipping provider so instead will be sent via Standard Shipping.

Important Note: M&A will not be liable for duties and taxes incurred by the recipient as a result of national custom laws. Should the garment be returned to M&A, only the paid purchase price of the garment will be refunded. Please contact your customs department for more information on duties and taxes.
