Of course, Queen. If it’s not love at first try-on, you absolutely can return it. We offer returns for change of mind within 17 days domestic and 14 days for our international Queens. Because we want you to feel fabulous in your coat, not just wear it. Full return policy is available on our site, but if you’ve got questions, our team is here to help (and hype you up).

Email our team and we’ll work with you to create a custom faux fur coat that fits like a dream and turns every sidewalk into a runway.

If your Queen of Hearts Faux Fur Coat is in stock, it will be lovingly packed and shipped immediately from our studio in Western Australia. But if we’re custom-making your size (or crafting something bespoke just for you), allow approximately 3–6 weeks for production perfection.

Once I got the notification the Queen of Hearts was back in stock I wasted no time and ordered immediately. I'm in the US and it took roughly a month to receive the item and it was totally worth the wait. It's soft, perfectly made and the front closures are genius. I love that it came in a garment bag and the had written note was the cherry on top. This was my first purchase with Mode and Affaire but certainly will not be my last!
